After this period, customer data will be either deleted or anonymized. Nevertheless, information used to establish product traceability, prove a right or contract, or to comply with a legal obligation may be archived in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

INOGREEN strives to store personal data only in European Union member states subject to European Regulation 2016/679 and, in any event, only in "adequate" countries within the meaning of the Regulation.
